Summer Slow Down
This inclusive, neuro-affirming art workshop is designed to foster creativity, connection, and self-care for neurodivergent individuals and caregivers who spend much of our time in the "helper" role.
Together we will make our version of "artist trading cardvs" with intentions and reminders of what we need to get through the day. We will offer a variety of mediums - including collage, drawing, painting, stamping, cutting, and others. No art experience is needed and we're here to help!
You don't have to be an artist, just be open to some creative play. Mindfulness may not be a practice you have, but we will take a minute to ground ourselves and find some calm. You've probably been in lots of therapeutic settings, but this about creating community with people with shared experiences. Oh, and snacks. Yummy snacks!
